HOW WE WORK
Our aim is to build fast working, good looking websites that are tailored to the business needs of the client.
We like to keep the process simple (see the 7 steps below) and the jargon down to a minimal, unless you want to talk jargon and then we are happy to oblige.
PRICE
We have no expensive overheads so we can undercut most of the competition.
Our prices start at £380 (staggered payment plans are available), but an accurate costing can only be given after your ideas and specifications have been discussed. We say a little more about website prices here!
Our website packages are a single payment with no annual fee. There are no hidden costs.
Our 7 Steps to Website Heaven
Step 1: Discuss
Contact us on 0117 985 2305 or at info@webdesigncity.co.uk and we can set up a meeting. We are keen to meet or have a phone chat with you so we can learn more about your requirements and find out more about your business.
Step 2: Estimate
We’ll prepare a detailed estimate based on your brief and give you an approximate date of delivery. There is no obligation to proceed and we are happy to amend a proposal so we can get to a final document you are happy with.
Step 3: Development Begins
Once you have given us the green light we will begin by producing a PDF of how we envision your website to look once we have build it. This PDF document will be based on ideas we have discussed with you. Based on your feedback we will make changes until you are happy for us to go ahead with the build.
Step 4: The Build
We will begin your website build and we will share a link to the development site so you can see your websites evolution. This is one of the best things about having a bespoke website, you can see it being built and you can offer us feedback as we go. The process is very organic.
Step 5: Optimisation and Handover
One the build is complete we will optimise it for search engines, test it across a range of modern web browsers / devices, and deploy it.
The deployment will be either on our hosting services or at a web-hosting company of your choosing – We don’t tie you down to our hosting services like other providers
Step 6: Control & Training
Once you are happy, you get control of your website. We will then give you full training on how to use it
Step 7: Support
Once your website is deployed we will keep an eye on it to make sure it is performing as expected. As part of our service we offer maintenance packages to clients. For a fee as little as £10 per month we take care of your website, making sure it’s secure, updating WordPress core and plugins. We are also happy to make small amendments to existing text. Depending on your needs we can also create a custom maintenance package for you.
Finally, you can talk to us any time about your website without a contract. Giving you peace of mind!
IDEAS PEOPLE
If you would like lots of advice and design ideas we are happy provide you with as much assistance as you need. We will work closely with you to transform your ideas and aspirations into a bespoke design that is perfect for you business.
If you have your own design ideas, maybe even a design created by a third-party, we can translate those designs into a beautiful website.
